Our on-site machining services include:

• In-situ machining services covering flange facing/grooving/milling/ hub remachining;
• In-situ machining services of special equipment flanges, shafts & pads;
• Seized cap removal; and
• Pipe cutting, prepping, bevelling, grinding & lapping
• Hydrostatic and Pneumatic Pressure Testing of pipework
• c2o group’s hydrostatic pressure testing is a certified procedure used to verify that fluid pressure vessels (e.g. heat exchangers, coolers, separators, hydrocyclones, pig launchers and receivers, pipe systems, etc.) do not leak or have manufacturing flaws.
