Construction Services include:

• Field erection services of above ground storage vessels. This includes atmospheric pressure fuel, water & chemical storage tanks, pressure vessels and cryogenic vessels such as LNG storage tanks;
• Installation of below ground storage tanks and separators;
• Heat exchange erection and assembly;
• Fit out of internal vessel components;
• Internal and external inspection, rectification works and cleaning of vessels;
• Inspection, repair and modification of Storage tanks and pressure vessels;
• Valve inspection, lubrication, overhauls and leak testing;
• Pressure Safety Valve overhaul, testing and certification;
• Installation and pre-alignment of rotating equipment including gas turbines, steam turbines, compressors and balance of plant pump sets;
• Overhaul and testing of Hydraulic motor;
• Hydrostatic Testing of tanks and pressure vessels (e.g. heat exchangers, coolers, separators, hydrocyclones, pig launchers and receivers, pipe systems, etc.) and subsequent drying to required dew point; and
• Pneumatic Pressure testing of pressure vessels.
