Mechanical Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning

Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning Services include;

• De-preservation techniques of mechanical equipment such as valves, heat exchangers and storage tanks, hydrocyclones, pig launchers and receivers;
• Chemical Cleaning of vessels and pipework including surface passivation;
• Lube Oil Flushing of oil storage tanks, pipework and heat exchangers;
• Pressure Vessel pre-closure inspections and post closure leak testing;
• Alignment and softfoot of compressors, pumps and turbines with final dowling and attachment welding;
• First Fill of turbine lubrication systems;
• Run-in testing of balance of plant rotating equipment including all required condition monitoring; and
• Heat Exchanger inspection, purging and drying techniques.
