Yesterday our VP of HSE, Christi Miller, CSP, visited our Austin site to deliver a Safety Leadership Workshop to our supervisors. It was an engaging, hands-on session focused on the principles that shape not just safe job sites, but confident, connected teams. The workshop sparked open conversations, fresh thinking, and practical takeaways for our teams to put into action. It was a powerful reminder that safety isn’t just a checklist - it’s a culture shaped by the people who lead it every day.

As it is Men’s Mental Health Month, we also shared a video on the importance of mental wellbeing. It was a simple reminder that real strength is asking how someone is doing - and meaning it. We’re grateful to work alongside people who don’t just show up for the job, but for each other too.

We are incredibly proud of our on-site team in Austin. Their commitment to safety and care for one another reflects the best of who we are.

Huge thanks to Christi, Kellie Bryant and Rodney Bryant for their leadership and to our entire team in Austin for bringing C2Os core values to life every day.
