c2o group are delighted to announce the appointment of Adds Arshad to the position of Business Development Director.

Adds brings over 25 years within the International Construction & Asset Operations market as Investor, Operator and EPCM/O&M Partner in project management, contracts management, business development & c-suite. From a Construction Management, MEICA Services and Civil Engineering background, Adds has strong cross-segment Infrastructure experience across a number of procurement and contracting models inc; PPP/P3/ DB(F)O/NPD/GMP-Lump Sum Tier 1 and Tier 2/BPO/Outsourcing Concessions.

In his role prior to joining c2o group, Adds assisted EnerMech as Interim BD Leader in its European Infrastructure (Onshore) Platform 2016-18. Paul Buckley, Managing Director of c2o group, said
