Health
c2o group has a strong commitment to providing a safe and healthy workplace for all its employees, regardless of location or assignment.
To deliver on our commitment, c2o implements an effective Safety Management Program throughout our entire organization. The program consists of formal training for management, supervisory personnel and trade employees, the program is heavily focused on accident prevention and removal of occupational hazards in the workplace.
Our systematic and cultural approach has led to the establishment of metrics to evaluate the following areas with a view to continuous improvement:

It is the duty of c2o group personnel to ensure work is carried out in safe and healthy working conditions. c2o group prevent exposure to unnecessary safety risks and health hazards by safeguarding and protecting not only its employees but also all other persons who may be affected by its operations.
Safety
c2o group shall at all times promote safe working practices, the safe use of tools and equipment and shall provide such information, instruction, training and supervision as is necessary.
All employees are given specific safety awareness training and have undertaken relevant technical programmes for process and pipelines operations, which also includes training in the risks and hazards associated with those operations.
c2o group are also aware of all safety aspects to do with carrying out the services we provide. Throughout engineering and carrying out the workscope, operations will be risk assessed and evaluated for hazards. All substances will be evaluated and risk assessed by reviewing MSDS and CoSHH sheets, which will be reviewed at every stage throughout the project.

Environment
c2o group’s commitment is to always promote no harm to the environment from our activities and to provide all related information, training, instruction and supervision to ensure this is achieved.
The c2o group environmental objectives are to:
- eliminate all breaches of environmental legislation and regulatory requirements,
- reduce pollution and waste generation,
- avoid unnecessary environmental impacts
The overall strategy for achieving this is incorporated into the c2o group Environmental Procedures, Safe Work Method Statements, Prestart Meetings and on Site Toolbox sessions on the project
Quality
Quality of workmanship and services provided, reduces cost and has a positive impact on project scheduling. Our core principle adopts a “do it once and do it right” approach, which is the backbone of the c2o groups Quality Training Program – QACT (Quality Assurance, Compliance & Training).
We realize that Quality Management Systems (QMS) are required for all our clients and projects. It’s in our ability to align with our customers PQP’s (Project Quality Plans), utilize our internal plans or, customize a PQP to the project specifications & statutory requirements.
