C2O Group established and subsequently acquires RANS with bases throughout Australia (Victoria, NSW, WA, NT, ACT, TAS & QLD). C2O establishes its North American M,E&I operations through the acquisition of Omega Technical Services based in Texas, Louisiana. Omega Technical Services relocates office to the Energy Corridor in Houston, TX. Omega Technical Services expands services in the Golden Triangle of east Texas and opens office in Port Arthur, Texas.
