Since its inception in 1956, C2O Group has evolved from a local electrical contractor to a global leader in infrastructure and energy solutions. Our journey is marked by transformative milestones, including strategic expansions, ground-breaking projects, and a steadfast commitment to excellence. 1956 - R&B Electrical commences Operations in 1956 Key Persons are Robert and Nancy Sevior.

1972 - Name changed to R&N Sevior Electrical Contractors.  

1990 - Robert and Nancys son Rob Sevior becomes Managing Director • Rob secures Military Government Contracts • Laverton North office opened

Name changed to RANS Electrical specialising in LV & HV electrical installation and commissioning works • RANS moves to larger office in Laverton North • RANS tunnelling contractor major Infrastructure project

RANS secures works major Victorian infrastructure project East Link , RANS secures long term maintenance contract on West Gate Bridge RANS carries out works in Tonga on critical infrastructure

RANS becomes a preferred supplier to Power & Water NT RANS opens Queensland office in Chermside RANS secures large HV scope on Airport Link Queensland

Alpha Project Services, LLC established in Abu Dhabi, UAE to provide in country commissioning services.

RANS secures extension to long term maintenance contract on West Gate Bridge RANS carries out HV installation and commissioning works at Puckapunyal Army Camp. Alpha Energy Services, LLC brand name changed to Omega Technical Services, LLC. Omega Technical Services opens office in Scott, Louisiana Omega Technical Services awarded major contract from Hyundai Heavy Industries

RANS secures HV supply, installation and commissioning of 14 Solar Farms through out Victoria. RANS secures contract for Installation and Commissioning of the New Footscray Hospital RANS carries out works in major Queensland Infrastructure Cross River Rail Project Omega Technical Services, begins operations in Guyana , Republic of Trinidad & Tobago. Omega Technical Services, certified by the Lightning Protection Institute as a certified designer and installer for lightning protection equipment.

C2O Group established and subsequently acquires RANS with bases throughout Australia (Victoria, NSW, WA, NT, ACT, TAS & QLD). C2O establishes its North American M,E&I operations through the acquisition of Omega Technical Services based in Texas, Louisiana. Omega Technical Services relocates office to the Energy Corridor in Houston, TX. Omega Technical Services expands services in the Golden Triangle of east Texas and opens office in Port Arthur, Texas. Equipment Rental division established. Facilities also opened in London, Perth, Australia and across the Middle East. C2O appoints new Management Team – Paul Buckley, Adds Arshad, Clancy Bowe, Dave Turner, Adrian Clark. C2O secures Private Equity funding for Growth from Alceon Group.

Started two new companies C2O Energy LLC in the Americas and C2O Energy Transition in Ireland
