Add approximately 130MW capacity this year

Medium-term Goal (Next 18 months):

Expand to over 500MW of power and cooling capacity

Current Phase:

Primarily Hardware 4 (HW4) computers
Some units of Tesla's Dojo supercomputer

Future Phase (Second half of 2025):

Introduction of Hardware 5, renamed to AI5
AI5 is projected to have ten times the capability of HW4 computers
