Recruitment/operations

  • Support the recruitment process including place job advertisements across various platforms to attract suitable candidates screening applications, and onboarding new employees
  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from initial client engagement to the successful placement of candidates.
  • Conducting and recording reference checks
  • Support the resource allocation and operational team in peak demands to maintain a high level of service delivery- Coordinating interviews for with potential candidates and operational team.
  • Database Management: Utilize our recruitment system to track and manage candidates effectively.

Mobilisation

  • Key member of team for mobilization of new employees to site.
  • Scheduling and allocation of jobs, transport, and logistics.
  • Updating rosters and creating job packs.
  • Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client, contractor, and the project team.
  • Coordination of all site personnel’s access paperwork.
  • Managing compliance of licenses, training records and qualifications where necessary.
  • Processing of site access requests for employees.
  • Organize staff training and ensure all required qualifications are updated to systems.
  • Responsible for all HR activities, including on-boarding, compliance checks and exiting processes as well as coordination of other employment process in conjunction with relevant Team Leaders.

Skills required

  • Excellent PC skills - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle and prioritise multiple tasks and meet all deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and a real team player.
  • Have a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
