Job Description: We are seeking skilled and motivated Completions Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance and administering Completion and Handover Systems. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability manage an experienced team to ensure safe completion of key activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, maintain and administer Completion and Handover Systems.
- Manage a team of varying experience and discipline to safely coordinate all completions activities including Work Pack management, QA Documentation Review, Execution confirmation.
- Mentor and Train others to ensure knowledge and experience is disseminated and retained in Company.
- Ensure all requirements outlined in Completions and Handover procedures are fulfilled, documented, and accessible.
- Support the systemization of facilities to enable an effective and efficient start-up, proactively identifying risks and addressing any process misalignments.
- Confirm evidence and sign-off requirements in advance of major shutdown events to support seamless project execution.
- Collaborate with planners to integrate completions principles into Work Orders and Work Packs, verifying correct milestone assignments and alignment with isolation and permitting processes.
- Establish completions databases for facilities to ensure comprehensive tracking and management.
- Oversee the printing and distribution of all Work Packs.
- Confirm that schedules accurately reflect completions durations and logic, and ensure that completions teams are appropriately resourced.
- Coordinate the onboarding and integration of existing personnel into the Completions Team to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Oversee the integrity and efficient management of Punch List activities.
- Define and deliver clear, concise reporting on completions progress and system handover milestones.
- Maintain the accuracy and system alignment of the Joint Register.
- Coordinate the compilation of evidence and manage the sign-off process for Milestone Certificates.
- Manage the post-event close-out process, ensuring completion and compliance.
- Identify outstanding punch list items develop work packs and order materials to ensure the work groups can close out the Punch list items.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with CCMS systems, preferably Hexagon, Tostr or ICaps.
- Worked with a completions turnover team.
- Extensive experience in similar role and knowledge of oil and gas, power station or similar industry specifically related to commissioning and handovers.
- Experience associated with the implementation of a completions system on previous shutdowns.
- Experience in large Database management and reporting.
- Bachelors Degree or Masters degree (Desirable)
