International Women's Day at C2O

Last week, our offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth came together to celebrate International Women’s Day with a special event recognising the contributions of women across C2O Group.

We were delighted to hear from our guest speakers, Adelle Howse and Mary Hackett, both Senior Advisors for the C2O Board, alongside our very own Sarah Grace, Finance Manager. Each shared reflections from their career journeys — the experiences, opportunities and challenges that have shaped their paths so far. They also spoke about the importance of #balancingthescales.

Their stories were a powerful reminder of the importance of perseverance, the role strong mentors can play in supporting career growth, and the value of reaching out to leaders and colleagues when navigating challenges. They also highlighted how supportive workplaces and open leadership can create real opportunities for people to develop, learn and progress in their careers.

For our team, it was a valuable opportunity to pause, reflect and learn from three inspiring professionals, while celebrating the diverse experiences and perspectives that continue to strengthen our organisation.
