David Colasante takes on Global Role

We’re delighted to announce that David Colasante has stepped into the role of Director – Global Workforce Integration & Strategy.

In this capacity, David will lead our global workforce alignment strategy, ensuring seamless mobilisation, integration, and collaboration across regions while strengthening relationships with key stakeholders and our broader international partner networks.

Our long-standing and trusted relationships with these organisations are central to how we operate. C2O has worked closely with our partners to ensure that international team members are smoothly and effectively integrated into projects across multiple regions – with compliance, collaboration, and professionalism at the forefront of delivery.

Today:

• Over 100 Australian citizens are currently working in the U.S.
• A further 1,000 skilled professionals are scheduled for mobilisation over the next 12 months to support growing energy and infrastructure demand.

David brings 30+ years of experience across industrial, infrastructure and commercial construction sectors, including 16 years in senior leadership roles. His background in electrical services and engineering, combined with deep expertise in stakeholder engagement, positions him exceptionally well for this global mandate.

David has consistently delivered operational excellence while fostering strong, respectful industry relationships. As C2O continues to expand our global workforce solutions, his leadership will be instrumental in strengthening integration across markets and ensuring we deliver value for clients, partners and our skilled personnel worldwide.
